French Toast

1. Yr 9 food tech(French toast)
2. ,Step one)1-whisk 5 eggs with half a cup of milk
3.  sock the bread in egg (use tong or your finger)
4. And fry until it is golden brown,
5. serve on the plate,
6. Take a photo blog

1)½ c of self raising flour

2)½ cup of sugar

3)1 cup of milk

4)1 egg

5. Mix all the ingredients together

And fry 2 cakes at a time.

Black muffins

Ingredients:

• 250g self-raising flour
• 25g cocoa powder
• 2tsp baking powder
• 175g caster sugar (or 125g caster sugar and 50g muscovado sugar)
• 175ml milk
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 100ml mild olive oil (or you can use sunflower oil if too strong-flavoured)
• How to make:
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
• Combine flour, sugar, 3/4 cup chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. ...
• Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes
• Then take out, wait till it's cooled down
• Then u can eat and enjoy!

Multi Coloured Muffins

                                  We have been making some Multi coloured muffins if u wanna know                                                             how to make some look at the instructions down below.

                                

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line a 12 hole cupcake tray with patty cups.
2. Cream the sugar and butter until pale and fluffy.
3. Beat the eggs in one at a time adding a little flour in each time until the ingredients are mixed.
4. Add the vanilla essence and mix. Then add the milk 1 tablespoon at a time mixing after each addition.
5. Divide the mixture into 6 bowls:
   In Bowl 1 - Add half a cap of red colouring
   In Bowl 2 - Add half a cap of red and half a cap of yellow
   In Bowl 3 - Add half a cap of yellow 
   In Bowl 4 - Add half a cap of green
   In Bowl 5 - Add half a cap of blue
   In Bowl 6 - Add half a cap of blue and half a cap of red
   Mix colouring into each mixture after adding.
6. Divide the purple mixture between the 12 cases. Repeat with the other mixtures in this order: Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Athletics

Today we had athletics,and it was fun. playing and participating with my group was even funner because we played with each others and made new friends. Being able to participate with my group was the best thing ever. GO TAURERE
